Day 1: DESERT SAFARI WITH DINNER -(4 WHEELS DRIVE) – 15.30 PM TO 21.00 PM

This tour departs in the afternoon across the desert of Dubai with several photo-stops during an exciting dune drive to the first destination a camel farm. The drive continues across the desert. Day 1: Pick up from Lucknow ,Arrive Nepalgunj

Arrive Nepalgunj, Overnight at Nepalgunj.

Day 2: Fly Simikot- Hilsa. Drive to Purang(Taklakot)

Early morning fly to Simikot by domestic airlines. Upon reaching Simikot airport take a flight to Hilsa by Helicopter. Fresh up at local guest house with tea/coffee. Then crossing Karnali bridge arrive to Chinese land. Drive to Purang (Taklakot). Before Purang have immigration formalities at Chinese custom office.

Day 3: Rest at Purang (Taklakot)

Full day rest day in Purang (Taklakot) for acclimatization purpose. You may do shopping at Purang market.

Day 4: Drive Purang to Mansarovar

After breakfast drive to Mansarovar Lake. Before reaching Mansarovar Lake you see Rakshyas Tal from the way. Today is the day of lifetime as you have the first sight of Holy Mt. Kailash and holy lake Mansarovar. Have Pooja and Holy bath at Mansarovar. Your overnight will be at Chu Gompa nearby Mansarovar.
At Mansarovar yatris who want Mt. Kailash Parikarma with horses and porters will have to confirm our guide so that he can arrange all before starting the parikarma.

Day 5: Drive nearby Yam Dwar. 1st Day of Parikrama to Diraphuk

Morning drive near to Yama Dwar via Darchen. Here you will meet our yaks and yak men. We will load all logistics on yaks and start Parikrama. Visit Yama Dwar on the way. The First day of Kora is a gradual walking of 5 hours. From the way you have Darshan of West face of Kailash. Today your night halt at Dirapuk. From Dirapuk view of North face of Kailash in a distance.

Day 6: 2nd Day of Parikrama to Zuthulphuk

Early morning trek uphill Dolmala Pass. It takes about 4 to 5 hours. After reaching top of the pass 5800 m then trek down to the valley floor. It takes another 4 to 5 hours. After cross Dolmala when you move down you see Gauri Kunda. This day is the longest and toughest day of Parikarma. So be prepared in mind accordingly. Like yesterday today also your overnight will be in tented camp at Zuthulphuk.

Day 7: 3rd Day of Parikrama. Drive to Purang or Hilsa

Today is last day of Parikarma. After breakfast you trek down of 10 kms with the winding gradual track and arrive at the place called Chongdo. Our transport will pick up you and drive to Purang. Before moving towards Purang you will have Mansarovar lake parikarma by drive. Today your night halt will be either Purang or Hilsa.

Day 8: Fly Hilsa – Simikot- Nepalgunj- Lucknow drop

Morning fly to Simikot by Helicopter. Fly back to Nepalgunj Transfer to onward destination

Day 1: Arrive Kathmandu

Upon arrival in Kathmandu Airport our representative will meet you & assist to transfer the Hotel. Evening there will be briefing about the trip at hotel.

Day 2: Sightseeing tour in Kathmandu. Fly to Nepalgunj
In the morning, you will visit Pashupatinath temple and Budhanilkantha the sleeping Bishnu. Then transfer to Kathmandu airport to catch up flight to Nepalgunj.

Day 1: Train
Leave by train no.16587 YPR-Bikaner exp from Yesvantpur Jn at 05:00am for Pune. En-route train journey.

Day 2: PUNE-Annandi-Shani signapur-SHIRDI
Arrive pune station at 04:55am and proceed to Annandi (jalaram temple). After fresh-n-up and breakfast proceed to Ranjangaon (MAHAGANAPATI) by 9am, lunch at Ranjangaon and later proceed to Shani signapur and then Shirdi (150kms). Arrive Shirdi by night hotel check in and darshan. Dinner and overnight. (Please note:- we shall reach shirdi by late night )

Day 3: Shirdi-Lenadri-ozar-Bhimashankar
After early morning breakfast leave for Lenadri(GIRIJATMAT TEMPLE) 130kms approx, later visit to Ozar (Vigneshwar temple )and then proceed to BHIMASHANKER JYOTIRLING, After darshan proceed to Pune (110km approx). Arrive Pune by night. Dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Theur-Siddhatek- Morgaon
After early morning breakfast leave for Morgaon (Moreshwar temple) 70kms approx, later proceed to Theur (Chintamani temple)and then Siddhatek (Siddhavinayak Temple). Back to Pune by night. Dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Mahad-Pali
After early morning breakfast leave for Pali (Ballareshwar temple) 120kms approx, later proceed to Mahad(Vardhavinayak Temple). Back to pune by late evening and drop to Pune airport by night. Leave by Flight for Bangalore.

1. All meals from Day 1 to day 4 from morning breakfast to masala milk before sleep.

DAGDU SHETH GANAPATI is in the interiors of city and buses are restricted in that area one has to go by rikshaw by their own whenever suitable time. Tirupati temple will be done during one of the above days as per suitable time.

ANANDI we just have to go for fresh-n-up and it’s a DHARAMSHALA, After breakfast we shall proceed with our program.

Day 1: Srinagar
Meet and greet on arrival at Srinagar airport and transfer to the hotel. Day free for shopping or exploring local surroundings on your own. O/n Srinagar.

Day 2: Srinagar – Kargil
Early morning after breakfast leave for Kargil. En route Jozilla Pass, Grass Village (2ND Coldest Inhabited place in the World), Kargil war famous peaks and Kargil war Memorial. Reach Kargil by evening. Check into the hotel. O/n Kargil.

Day 3: Kargil – Leh
After breakfast leave for Leh by visiting Mulbek (1st Century Giant Living Buddha Sculpture on Rock Mountain), Lamayuru Monastery, Moon land, Confluence of Indus and Zanskar rivers and Pathar saheb Gurudwara. Reach Leh and check into the hotel. O/n Leh.

Day 4: Leh local sightseeing
After breakfast visit Leh city sightseeing which includes Hemis Monastery – Oldest and richest monastery of Ladakh, Thiksey Monastery, Shey palace, Sindhu ghat, Hall of fame museum, Shanti stupa and Leh Palace. Evening free to explore Leh market on your own. O/n Leh.

Day 5: Leh – Nubra valley
After early breakfast leave for Nubra valley (5-.6 hrs) via Khardungla pass at 18,380 ft (Worlds highest motorable road). Reach Nubra valley by afternoon. You can enjoy Two hump camel safari on the World’s highest coldest desert (own expenses). O/n Nubra valley.

Day 6: Nubra valley – Leh
After breakfast proceed for Leh by same route via Khardungla pass. O/n Leh.

Day 7: Leh – Pangong Lake – Leh
After early breakfast leave for Pangong Lake through Changla pass(17,350 ft – world s third highest motorable road). Pangong lake is at an altitude of 14,500 ft and is World’s highest and longest salt water lake. Enjoy changing colours of the Blue brackish Lake. Back to leh by evening. O/n Leh.

Day 8: Leh
After breakfast you are free for shopping and personal activities. O/n Leh.

Day 9: Leh
Early morning proceed to Leh airport to catch flight for your onward journey. The tour ends here with the sweet memories of AD Tours & Travels.

1. The guests are advised to take adequate personal medicines with them from their home town.
2. The guest can take Dimox tablets on the prescription of the family doctor. It is useful in High altitude sickness.
3. Please carry heavy woolens with you.
4. Acclimatization is mandatory for visitors travelling by air. It is important to take complete rest for 24 hours after arriving at Leh airport.

1. All participants need to carry valid photo-address Identity proof (Adhar Card, Driving License, Voter Card, Passport) and keep along with you during full tour for security purpose. For small children please carry Birth certificate/ School photo identity proof.

2. We take it granted that all the participants who are enrolling themselves for the tour have carefully gone through our rules & regulations and are abide to follow them.

3. Only 3 persons can be accommodated in One Room/tent in Ladakh tour.

4. We are only event managers, under which we will provide you the services of train booking, vehicle booking, hotel booking, arranging food services and sightseeing. Although, we try our best to arrange and render best services, yet we do not hold any responsibility on any account whatsoever; of the performance of the hotels, airlines, trains, guide, transportation, opening of sightseeing places, other services or anything else on which we do not have any direct control.

6. We do not bear any responsibility what responsibility whatsoever for any loss of life and property, death, damages, injuries etc. and also any consequences arising out of natural calamities, strikes, breakdowns, accidents, delay in services. No refund would be given against it.

7. In case of injury or severe illness where upon the participant has to be admitted to the hospital or sent back to hometown by flight or any other means of transport then those charges shall be borne by the participant.

8. The programme is subject to change without any prior notice.

9. All Special requests like:
-Early Check-in/ late Check-out.
-Rooms with views.
-Rooms on same floor/ Adjacent Rooms/ Inter-connecting Rooms All above is subject to Hotels Rules & Regulations and as per availability at the time of Check-in. It cannot be guaranteed prior at the time of Booking.

10. We will try to provide rooms in hotel on ground Door as per availability only at the time of check in. But It cannot be guaranteed prior at the time of booking.

11. Cash, camera, jewellery, mobile or any expensive |tams should be carried at your own risk. If stolen or lost, the company shall not be held responsible

12. Our Rules, Regulations, Booking and Cancellation Policy will be same for every tour booked with us.

13. Final confirmation of hotels & airline will be provided on full payment.

14. Check-in and check-out in hotels will be as per hotel rules & regulations.

15. Mentioned hotels will be confirmed as per room availability at the time of booking, otherwise we will confirm similar category hotel.

16. For booking, 50% of the tour cost is required. Balance amount to be paid before one month of the departure date.

17. Due to political reasons, heavy rains, snow fall or any other natural calamities if the tour is to be cancelled or dropped, then in that case the co. should not be held responsible for any extra charges. No refund/ stay arrangements will be entertained by the company and all other additional charges shall be borne by the Participant.

18. No refund shall be payable to you if you leave the tour in mid-way or for any unused portion of the tour due to whatsoever reason.

19. No complaints will be entertained after the tour is completed. If any mismanagement happens during the tour, the participant should immediately contact Mumbai Office. We will try to be helpful in every possibility.

20. In case of accident during road journey the company shall not be held responsible for any loss of life/ luggage. We will transfer all the participants by another vehicle to the desired destination. All participants will have to co-operate with the tour manager.

21. If Roads from Srinagar to Leh via Kargil is not open due to heavy snowfall/ Landslides/ Political issue/natural calamities/ uncertain events; then client can take flight for Leh at own expenses and continue with the Ladakh trip. Company shall not be held responsible for Road Blocks / Natural 110/117, Naju Mansion, Ground floor, Badhwar Park, Cuffe Parade. Mumbai – 400 005. calamities/ uncertain events.

22. For clients taking Night stay at Nubra Valley/ Pangong Lake/ Alchi/ Tsomoriri Lake will have to pay an additional cost for staying in leh and not visiting these places due to what so ever reason. If Rooms are not available in the same hotel then we will arrange for the rooms in the nearby hotels as per availability.

23. For clients taking Night stay at Nubra Valley/ Pangong Lake/ Alchi/ Tsomoriri Lake will have to pack their luggage and check-out the rooms. Take only 1 pair of clothes, personal medicines and personal kit along with you. Rest luggage will be kept in the clock room of hotel in Leh.

24. In case of traffic jam/ uncertain events, if you reach the desired destination late or miss any sightseeing then the company shall not be held responsible and no refund shall be ntertained.

25. The company has the right to change the hotels due to indeterminate issue arising at later stage which are confirmed at the time of booking. No refund shall be entertained for that.

26. The company is not responsible for Railways/Flights getting delayed or cancelled due to bad weather conditions or any uncertain events. No refund/ stay arrangements will be entertained by the company and all other additional charges shall be borne by the Participant.

27. Company is not responsible for Loss/ Misplace of Luggage during Flight/ Train Journey.

28. Avoid spending more time at High altitude passes.

29. Do not expose your body for longer at high altitude passes.

30. Travelling with Luxury Vehicle, please travel light with minimum baggage. In case of excess baggage you will have to opt for an extra vehicle for carrying the excess baggage, the charges for which will be paid directly by you on the spot.

31. All the disputes are to be settled subject to Mumbai jurisdiction.

32. The instructions given by our tour manager during the tour for your safety and smooth conducting of the tour should be followed carefully.

33. Kindly do not wash your clothes in rooms, prefer to give it for laundry service available at all hotels.

34. For Smokers, avoid smoking on high altitude and reduce the smoking during journey, as excess smoking will harm you on journey.

35. Don’t throw the garbage or any kind of dirt on road or at passes, suggest you to dump in your car or at your hotel bin.

36. While visiting Any Gompa, please take Lamas Permission for Photo or Video Shoot. Please follow Gompa Rules while visiting Gompas. Please wear proper clothing while visiting Gompas. For Females: No Open Hair, Short Skirts or any Short Dresses allowed at Gompas. For Males: No Short Pants or Sleeveless allowed at Gompas.

37. Extra bed person will be given extra bed/mattress in every hotel / Camp as per package.

38. Hot water in most of hotels will be provided during morning and evening timings only, please clarify at reception during check in.

39. No Heaters will be provided at Hotel/ Camps in tour.

40. Flight schedule is subject to change without prior notice.

41. Due to traffic jam/ vehicle breakdown/ Train-Flight schedule disturbance, etc. if new reservation is to be made then all that additional charges should be borne by participant only.

Day 1: Train
Depart by train no 12951 Rajdhani exp from Mumbai Central at 16:30hrs for Delhi. En-route train journey.

Day 2: Haridwar
Arrive New Delhi railway station at 08:30hrs and proceed by A.C coach to Haridwar. Arrive Haridwar by evening hotel check inn. Evening visit to Har-ki-pauri for Ganga Aarti (on your own) and back to hotel. Dinner and night stay.

Day 3: Haridwar
Visit to Mansa devi and chandi devi (on your own). After lunch visit to Rishikesh sightseeing and back to Haridwar by evening. Dinner and night stay.

Day 4: Jankichatti
After early breakfast leave for Jankichatti. Arrive Jankichatti by evening and hotel check in.(220kms approx). Dinner and night stay

Day 5: Jankichatti
Early morning after breakfast leave for Yumnotri darshan (6kms walk)by pony/doli/walk. Back to stay and relax.

Day 6: Uttarkashi
After breakfast leave for Uttarkashi (7-8hrs journey). Arrive by afternoon, evening visit to Kashi Vishwanath Temple and back to hotel dinner and night stay.

Day 7: Uttarkashi-Gangotri-Uttarkashi
Early morning leave for Gangotri(90kms approx). Back to uttarkashi by evening. Dinner and night stay.

Day 8: Guptkashi
Early morning leave for Guptkashi(240kms approx). Arrive guptkashi by evening dinner and night stay.

Day 9: Kedarnath
Morning leave for helipad, proceed to kedarnath by helicopter (compulsory helicopter). Darshan at kedarnath (one have option of night stay, simple dinner arrangement will be made) Dinner and night stay, else one may return same day back to guptkashi.

Day 10: Guptkashi
Back from kedarnath / An additional day if any climatic conditions change (for helicopter bookings)/ Relax at guptkashi.

Day 11: Badrinath
After breakfast leave for Badrinath(250kmsapprox). Arrive badrinath by evening. Dinner and night stay.

Day 12: Badrinath
Badrinath darshan (by walk). Later visit to mana gaon (Indian territory’s last village ) Ganesh gupha , Vyas ghupha, saraswati river.

Day 13: Srinagar(Uttrakhand)
Leave for Srinagar(200kms approx). Arrive by evening and relax (transit halt).

Day 14:Haridwar
Leave for Haridwar (135kms approx). Arrive Haridwar by afternoon. Evening free for your on activity and visit for ganga aarti (on your own).

Day 15: Delhi -Train
Leave for Delhi early morning. Leave by train / flight for the Mumbai.
